Performance of Gluconate and Lactate Based Formulations on Plant Growth and Yield Attributes in Maize (Zea mays L.)

نویسندگان

چکیده

Aim: To check the efficacy of gluconate and lactate based formulations on plant growth yield characteristics maize.
Place Duration Study: School Agricultural Sciences, Malla Reddy University, Hyderabad, spring 2021.
 Methodology: The experiment was laid-out in Randomized Block Design (RBD), with Maize hybrid (DHM-117) spacing adopted (60 x 20 cm) 4 replications. treatments viz; T1: Control (No fertilizer), T2:100% RDF, T3: 75% RDF + 25% Sahasra Organic Formulations (SOF), T4:50% 50% SOF, T5: T6: 100% SOF. (N:72-80; P:24; K:20 kg/acre).
 Results: attributes were recorded intermittently maximum grain (7,649.8 kg ha-1) Stover (8,859.87 T2 (100% RDF), followed by T3 (75% Formulations). Similarly gross returns (₹ 123606.5 ha-1), net 87116.49 B: C (3.4) ratio also highest 25 % SOF), while lowest T1 (control).
Conclusion: Adoption enhanced soil fertility, organic carbon crop. study concluded that integrated approach i.e., SOF) has realized 82466.8 comparison to treatment thus reducing cost fertilizers benefiting farmers.

Maize (Zea mays L.).

Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation is an effective method for introducing genes into maize. In this chapter, we describe a detailed protocol for genetic transformation of the maize genotype Hi II. Our starting plant material is immature embryos cocultivated with an Agrobacterium strain carrying a standard binary vector. In addition to step-by-step laboratory transformation proced...
